Waqas Haider hails from a small village in Multan. He is a graduate and the first Valedictorian of Lums. Waqas has founded an organisation Chiraagh which aims to bridge socio-econ gap by empowering youth. He also set up a Vocational Training School at Basti Dhup Sari which has helped empower the local community.
