Description of Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media plan, content & strategy for the brand
- Creating, Scheduling, Posting content on social media
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on campaign performance on social media platforms using inbuilt tools
- Conduct competitive research and identify target audience for the brand
- Conceptualize, develop and implement creative/unique campaign ideas for both internal and external communications including global and national observances, events, CSR campaigns, etc
- Plan and publish the same on social media platforms
- Plan, create, schedule and publish new content on a regular basis
- Develop & implement strategies to increase brand awareness and engage target audience.
- Define and measure the success and monitor user engagement and suggest strategies for content optimization.
- Recommend improvements to increase performance, engagement and visibility
- Setting clear social media targets/KPIs and implementing strategies to achieve them.
- A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and stakeholders.
- Perform monthly operational activities including but not limited to running payments, advertisements, maintaining monthly accrual sheets, extracting required information for different stakeholders
- Assisting the Communications team for different events, partnerships, internal and external campaigns, and wherever required
- Management of external vendors for events, branding & other campaigns
Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas:

- Sound knowledge of graphic designing tools, and has adequate knowledge of using design software (Photoshop. Canva, etc) would be preferred
- Must have a keen eye for design and creatives, to give direction for artworks
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, content writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- An in-depth knowledge & result-oriented experience of developing & implementing Digital/Social Media Marketing Strategies,
- Strong business acumen, industry knowledge
- Ability to work within a team
- Must be a self-starter
- Be able to produce original ideas
- Proven track record of growth strategy
Qualification:

- A degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Management Science/ Social Science/ Arts or other relevant degrees
