
Prime Minister Imran Khan has approved second batch of National Youth Council to provide an official platform to youth to participate in decision-making and policy formation regarding youth development. The gender inclusive council will consist of youth from all four provinces including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. The Prime Minister will be its Patron-in-Chief and SAPM on Youth Affairs Usman Dar will lead the council as its Chair Person. The council will work with federal and provincial government and will actively participate in Kamyab Jawan Program’s events. The members will be involved in decision-making at government level and will also represent Pakistan on various international platforms. SAPM on Youth Affairs also chaired a meeting with the members of National Youth Council through video link.
